The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to work in an agile environment on our Conversations product which offers a continuous performance development solution with a full spectrum of feedback, check-ins, priorities and reflections to develop the talent of any team.
You will be joining one of our two squads - Jellybeans. Jellybeans' mission is to drive engagement and foster a culture of feedback within organisations, ultimately contributing to improved business outcomes for our users and clients

You are a skilled communicator who can write and speak with clarity, tailoring your message to the audience, and incorporating active listening skills to understand others.

You have good Database modelling experience with SQL or NoSQL databases.

You are familiar with RESTful as an API design and have experience working with multiple services.
Achievements

You have delivered high quality enterprise applications with Java and Spring

You have built and deployed cloud-native applications, preferably in AWS.

You have worked in an early-stage product development environment and are familiar with hypothesis testing

You have demonstrated a growth mindset with a continuous focus on improving yourself and the way work gets done within your sphere of influence

You have demonstrated ability to prioritise customer needs and advocate for the user experience throughout the software development lifecycle

You have motivated your team to continuously improve, both individually and collectively.
