About the role:
Ordergroove is looking for an extraordinarily talented, passionate and naturally curious individual to join our Selling Strategies Team. Our Software Engineers are problem solvers who get excited about pushing the boundaries of what we can achieve, love learning and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. We are quickly changing the way people shop and how online retailers develop customer loyalty. We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer who can help us achieve this goal. The ideal candidate should be a hacker by nature, who isn’t afraid to learn new languages and gets excited about working with the latest technologies.
What you will do:

Develop Ordergroove's platform and External APIs for some of the biggest brands in the world, impacting the lives of millions of users.

Code, write some tests, but most importantly collaborate with an awesome group of highly passionate engineers.

Opportunity to build and learn distributed systems centered around high-availability and continuous deployment.

Scale our platform to support exponential user growth.

Mentor members in your group, help breakdown and scoping of new projects as well be an engaged participant in architecture brainstorms
Who you are:

3-5 years full stack with focus on backend development

Skilled communicator and you are comfortable articulating complex ideas and talking abstract concepts.

Proven expertise in Python development

You care about code quality, know what it means to ship high quality code, and are eager to continuously improve by leaving the grass greener on any piece of the platform you get to work on.

Proven team player that's ready to help others when needed

Bonus Points:

You are familiar with Google Cloud and Kubernetes

You have professional experience with Django

You have experience with one or more of e-commerce products, high traffic SaaS products
