You are passionate about leading the design and development of scalable, resilient cloud-native solutions with a strong emphasis on architecture, performance, and maintainability. You'll be involved in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes on Azure, and working across both frontend and backend technologies to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business, regulatory, and market requirements.

- Leading the design and development of scalable, resilient cloud-native solutions with a strong focus on architecture and design, considering trade-offs like scalability, performance, development time, and team capabilities.
- Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Argo CD with a cloud-first mindset, deploying on Azure and AKS, and ensuring production-grade readiness.
- Involving in both frontend and backend development, integrating services, to ensure high performance and availability in high-traffic environments.
- Developing solutions aligned with user/business needs, regulatory constraints, and market requirements, ensuring features are ready for commercialization and optimized for performance and scalability.
- Identifying and addressing areas for design and algorithm improvement, ensuring the solution aligns with business logic flow, and implementing improvements to enhance system performance and maintainability.
- Providing mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers, helping them upskill in cloud-native technologies and driving the adoption of modern development practices across the team.
- Driving cross-functional collaboration with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to ensure efficient development lifecycles and high-impact project delivery.
- Staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating innovations into the technology stack to maintain a competitive edge and improve development efficiency.
- Leading operational tasks, such as managing deployment pipelines, alerting, and observability, ensuring smooth cloud-native deployments with strong monitoring and automated responses to system issues.
- Taking ownership of production systems, solving complex technical problems, and ensuring high code quality through comprehensive testing with tools, while adhering to best practices and Agile methodologies.
iM Qualified Because I Have...
- 6+ years of experience developing high-performance backend systems using .NET, along with expertise in cloud-native architecture and engineering on Azure and AKS.
- Extensive knowledge of backend development with technologies such as Node.js, CosmosDB, Elasticsearch, Azure Functions and Redis, and frontend development using ReactJS, NextJS ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Proficiency in modern CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes using Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Argo CD, with expertise in cloud observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
- A deep understanding of software development lifecycles, business logic, and performance trade-offs, with a focus on delivering scalable solutions that meet business and end-user needs.
- Experience in designing production systems with consideration for regulatory and market constraints, ensuring compliance and security while optimizing for scalability and cost-efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and implement improvements in both code and design to resolve performance issues and enhance maintainability.
- Expertise in OAuth2/OIDC authentication, test automation frameworks like Jest, and Object-Oriented programming principles, ensuring robust, secure, and maintainable code.
- Proven ability to mentor junior developers and lead cross-team initiatives, helping teams adopt cloud-native tools and practices while ensuring smooth project delivery.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, cloud-native deployments with a focus on automation, scalability, and production-readiness, leveraging modern observability practices.
