Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Have awareness of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring and Testing Techniques.
- Develop high performing, scalable and innovative end-to-end web services and solutions
- Ability to write code that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology selected for the project.
- Understand performance parameters and can assess application performance.
- Understand core data structures and algorithms and has the ability to implement them using language of choice.

Education Qualification
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
- A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in Software Development OR Master’s degree with 5 years of experience in Software Development
- Technical expertise in System Software Design, Data Structures and Software Reliability and Distributed System Architecture
- Experience with public cloud infrastructures such as AWS or Azure(Services: Compute, Storage, Database, Load Balance, Elastic Designs, Analytics, Web Services, Messaging)
- Experience developing Enterprise applications (.NET, C#) on Cloud
- Experience with Databases such as MySQL, SQL Server.
- Expert understanding of functional and nonfunctional requirements.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills. A big part of this job is communicating effectively with other development, cross functional teams in a global environment.
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desired Characteristics:
Technical Expertise:
- Expertise in design and development of cloud solutions.
- Excellent debugging and unit testing skills using a well-known and accepted unit testing framework
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools and CI/CT/CD processes
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information / data to make decisions
- Experience with Analytics, Medical Imaging is a PLUS.
Business Acumen:
- Have a good understanding of the underlying infrastructure needed to run a large distributed web application.
- Has the ability to make basic technology comparison and decisions based on pros and cons
- Has read about competing technologies in the cloud space
- Demonstrates awareness about the different players in the cloud space

- Has the ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver without supervision while using their discretion to seek help when necessary
- Voices opinions and presents clear rationale. Uses data or factual evidence to influence decisions
