About the role: The Software Engineer, Workday Integrations and Reporting will be responsible for managing the Workday integrations. This role will be responsible for ensuring the development and maintenance of integrations between Workday and other systems. The Software Engineer will work closely with HR, IT, Finance and other stakeholders to ensure that Workday integrations meet the needs of the business.
What you’ll do:

Develop and maintain integrations between Workday and other systems, including enterprise systems (Salesforce for OTC, etc.), payroll, benefits, time and attendance systems, Accounts Payable, banking, etc.

Work closely with HR, IT, Finance and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure that Workday integrations meet those requirements.

Develop and maintain documentation for Workday integrations, including process flows and technical specifications.

Manage the testing and deployment of Workday integrations, including coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring that testing is thorough and complete.

Stay up to date with Workday releases and new features, and work with the team to evaluate and implement new functionality as appropriate.
What you’ll bring:

5+ years of experience in HR and Finance technology, with a focus on Workday integrations

Strong technical skills, including demonstrated experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, Packaged Connectors, Webservices and other integration tools.

Demonstrates a focus on improving processes, structures, and knowledge within the team. Leads in analyzing current states, deliver strong recommendations in understanding complexity in the environment, and the ability to execute to bring complex solutions to completion.

Stays current with emerging trends in specialty area. Identifies future state and dimensions of change (org, tech, cultural) to achieve. Creates transition plans for new processes, implements and monitor’s change. Ensures alignment of plans with the enterprise's strategic vision and translates the vision to connect to team's work.

Maintains a broad perspective when analyzing information and utilizes analytical thought while pushing others to do the same, considering long-term implications. Uses judgement and creativity in structuring work and finding solutions that are not obvious. Reviews and assess solutions proposed by others to determine the best path moving forward.

Able to work flexible hours as required by business priorities

Ability to meet minimum expectations for quality, security and operability of code.
