What you will achieve

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and testing software solutions based on our winning roadmap.

You will:

• Work as part of an Agile scrum team in a continuous integration and continuous development environment and contribute to the design, and architecture of high-quality, complex systems and software/storage environments.

• Blend a quality mindset into all your deliverables as you prepare, review, and evaluate software specifications for new features and contribute to test automation.

• Collaborate cross functionally with teams across the software stack, and across the globe.

• Develop REST API definitions for new features and behaviors as well as produce and/or enhance existing service tools.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of architects and engineers both within and across product teams to build a cohesive architecture.

Essential Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development

• Well versed in Python and Java. Experience working in a Linux environment. Database experience and skills (e.g., PostgresSQL).

• Well versed in test automation

• Working experience with/developing REST APIs

• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git 

• Self-Learning abilities, critical thinking skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills

Desirable Requirements

• Experience working in a geo-distributed team using Agile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent
