Job Summary

Looking for a Frontend React Developer with Framer Motion skills!

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, responsive, and performant web applications using React.

• Design and implement complex animations, transitions, and micro-interactions using Framer Motion (advanced/expert level).

• Optimize animations for smooth performance across devices and browsers.

• Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX concepts into fluid, interactive experiences.

• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code with best practices.

• Troubleshoot and debug animation performance issues. Stay updated with the latest trends in frontend development and animation techniques.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development with React.

• Expert-level proficiency in Framer Motion (demonstrable experience with advanced animations, gesture controls, layout animations, etc.).

• Strong understanding of CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript. Experience with performance optimization for animations (e.g., reducing re-renders, using will-change, useMemo, etc.).

• Familiarity with React Hooks, Context API, and state management (Redux, Zustand, etc.).

• Knowledge of SVG animations and Canvas-based animations is a plus.

• Experience with Next.js or other React frameworks is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
