Your Career

We are looking for a passionate and skilled software engineer to become a lead in our rapidly growing R&D group. If your future career goal is people management but you haven't had the chance to gain experience yet, that is the perfect position for you! Your team will develop new solutions which will transform the future of security orchestration and automation around the globe. 

As a Senior Software Engineer - Lead, after an onboarding period of 4-6 months you will take leadership of a highly skilled and enthusiastic team of software engineers (2-5), specializing in Python programming.

You will be responsible for the design, implementation, delivery, and quality of our platform components and services in an Agile environment. You will be collaborating with global tech, product, and security research teams, interfacing with other groups around the globe, and joining a rapidly growing Cybersecurity community.

Your Impact

• Providing technical leadership and guidance including design and code reviews

• Tracking team development process and being accountable for product delivery, quality, and timelines

• Setting high-quality standards, seek and choose technical solutions to meet current and future needs 

• Taking a leading role in design and implementation of the content layer of the market leader SOAR platform

Qualifications

Your Experience 

• 5 - 7 years of proven hands-on experience in software development

• 2-3 years of Python development experience 

• Some experience as Tech Lead, Lead Engineer or Scrum Master

• Experience with at least one of the following:

  • CI/CD tools and processes

  • Public Cloud 

  • Previous experience in Start Up companies

  • Cyber Security domain experience

• Exceptional communicator with visional skills 

• Strong leadership and organization abilities
