We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in frontend development using Vue 3 or React with TypeScript and expertise in building and maintaining Micro Frontend architectures. You should be well-versed in consuming APIs, implementing unit tests, and using modern tools like Docker, GitHub/Bitbucket, and Jira. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be a key player in developing scalable, high-performance applications crucial to the product's success.
About you Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in frontend development using Vue 3 or React and TypeScript.
- Strong experience in coding and system design, with a solid understanding of architectural principles.
- Hands-on experience building and working with Micro Frontend architectures, breaking down large applications into smaller, independently deployable units.
- Proficiency in consuming and integrating APIs.
- Strong experience with unit testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Jest, Mocha) and code coverage.
- Experience working with Docker for containerization and deployment.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as GitHub or Bitbucket.
- Strong debugging skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment and familiarity with Jira.
- Ability to take on complex challenges and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Self-driven with a passion for technology and continuous improvement.
- Experience in a product-based organization is a plus.
It will be great if you also have :
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools.
- Knowledge of backend technologies or willingness to learn backend frameworks.
- Experience in cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of performance optimization techniques.
What will you be doing in this role:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Vue 3 or React and TypeScript.
- Architect and implement Micro Frontend solutions to break down large monolithic frontends into smaller, manageable, and independently deployable parts.
- Integrate and consume APIs to ensure seamless data flow and user experience.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Implement unit tests with high code coverage to ensure software reliability and quality.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code to improve performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.
- Continuously learn new technologies and techniques to stay current with industry trends.
- Take ownership of features and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Contribute to the agile/sprint process, ensuring timely delivery of software solutions.
- Take on complex challenges, providing innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
