Senior Software Engineer - C#/.NET

We are looking to hire a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer
(C#, .net) to join our R&D team in Brno.
In this role, you will apply your skills and knowledge to expand our product's
capabilities. This involves designing and developing features using the latest
technologies and adhering to best practices. You will also engage in close
communication with team members and the Product Managers to align with the business's expectations and goals.

What you will do

• As a key player in one of our development teams, you actively contribute to
  the development of our flagship product: Tricentis Tosca.
• You are responsible for all parts of the software development process:
  requirements analysis, implementation, test, etc.
• Perform peer code reviews to improve the quality of the test code base and
  optimize its execution.
• You work in a self-organizing team in our agile software development process
  and help shape it to continuously improve.
• You develop valuable increments of Tricentis Tosca according to our vision
  using the newest technologies, including AI.
• Continuous learning and improvement of your and our way of working is part
  of your daily business.
• You have an eye on all non-functional aspects of development (security,
  performance, scalability, reusability) and do the reviews for critical
  implementations.
• When user stories are planned, you make sure that an implementation plan is
  created, and you challenge user stories on a technical level.
• You are skilled in communicating and can argue your ideas and views.

Who you are

• At least 4+ years of related professional experience in in C# & testing across
  the full software life-cycle including design, implementation, testing,
  operations and maintenance specifically with Oracle Automated Testing Suite.
• Knowledge of Typescript/Javascript is a plus.
• Experience working in a continuous integration / continuous delivery
  development environment.
• Experience with development, deployment and production support of a
  Cloud-based solution on Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform,
  and/or OpenStack is a plus.
• Experience working in an agile development environment and participating
  as a scrum team member.
• Demonstrated knowledge of professional software engineering best practices,
  including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build and release
  processes, continuous deployment, and test suite development and
  maintenance.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills,
  with proven success in contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented
  environment, working with technical and non-technical peers, as well as
  management.
• Technical education and solid technical knowledge.
• Striving for high quality you are used to write maintainable and testable clean
  code and when to apply design patterns.
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Self–motivated and self-driven, continuously learning, and capable of working
  both independently and collaboratively.
