As an AI Engineer in the CRM group, you will play a key role in integrating cutting-edge AI capabilities across the entire sales and customer journey.

You will work alongside top engineers, data scientists, and product managers to build scalable, high-performing AI features that directly impact our customers' success. About The Role

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven features that enhance sales automation, forecasting, customer engagement, and decision-making within Monday CRM.
  • Develop and optimize AI-powered recommendation systems, next-best actions, and pipeline management.
  • Build AI-driven automation tools to improve follow-ups, deal prioritization, and customer success workflows.
  • Optimize AI solutions for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
  • Stay ahead of AI advancements and apply the latest research to solve real-world CRM challenges.



Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in backend engineering with a strong focus on LLMs, and AI-driven systems, including deploying and optimizing large-scale language models.
  • Proven track record leveraging LLMs to build elaborated, mission-critical products with real user adoption
  • Background in working with structured and unstructured data, including text, voice, and sales interactions.
  • Passionate about CRM, sales automation, and leveraging AI to drive business impact.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience with micro-services architecture, event sourcing and modem frameworks - an advantage
