This role is a contract position within SysLogic and will be joining and providing highly skilled group of software developers. As a full stack software developer your responsibilities will include design, documentation, development, testing and deployment of new software product offerings and enhancements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Software projects for on premise and cloud-enabled applications and integrations through each step of the software development life cycle.
- Deliver high quality in an Agile methodology.
- Perform code reviews of peer’s work and provide constructive feedback.
- Active participation in project planning and design discussions, assessing the risks and feasibility.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within your internal and external teams.
- Produce technical documentation for the software you have developed.
- Seven or more years of development experience in the latest versions of .NET (including .NET Core), ideally with web apps/APIs using Entity Framework and relational databases.
- Two years plus years' experience in cloud technologies (Azure preferred) including, but not limited to App Services, API Gateway, Service Bus, Azure Storage, Azure Functions and Application Insights.
- Experience with UI/UX front-end technologies including but not limited to: React, Angular, TypeScript, Vue, JavaScript, CSS, HTML.
- Experience in building Event-Driven microservices leveraging high throughput, real-time stream/batch processing, interacting with Restful API’s.
- Knowledge and understanding of DevOps products such as GIT, Jenkins.
- Demonstrable experience with Agile processes (KANBAN, Scrum) using popular Agile Software such as Jira.
- Strong experience with relational databases such as MS SQL Server or Oracle.
- Understanding of OOP concepts, design patterns and data structures.
- Knowledge of Test-Driven Development and common testing frameworks.
We are only considering candidates located in Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, Ohio, Michigan, Arkansas, North Carolina or South Dakota for this remote role.

This is an hourly contract position. Benefit availability is dependent upon the duration of the contract.
