  • Contribute to the assessment of the program’s impact and help shape the roadmap for future Creator Hub cycles.

  • Regularly collaborate with the Audience organization to refine KPIs and best practices and ensure alignment across the newsroom.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in social video strategy, digital audience development, or a related field, preferably in a newsroom or media organization.

  • Deep understanding of social video platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.) and their algorithmic nuances.

  • Experience working with content creators, media talent, journalists, or digital storytellers, with a strong grasp of how to build and engage audiences.

  • Ability to analyze audience data and performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making.

  • Strong editorial judgment and familiarity with journalistic standards and ethics.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments and with journalists of varying experience levels in social video.
