Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Influencer Strategy Development: Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to support brand campaigns, products / services and other key initiatives.
- Influencer Identification & Outreach: Research and identify relevant influencers across multiple social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) that align with our target audience and brand values.
- Campaign Management: Plan and manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including briefing influencers, negotiating contracts, setting KPIs, tracking performance, and ensuring timely deliverables.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and content creators, acting as the main point of contact and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Content Collaboration: Work with influencers to create authentic, engaging, and high-quality content (posts, videos, stories, etc.) that resonates with their followers and meets brand objectives.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of influencer campaigns, including reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI. Provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Industry Trends & Best Practices: Stay up to date on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in influencer marketing to continuously improve strategy and execution.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.

Graduate of any college degree with up to 1 year of working experience

Passion in data-driven marketing and creating growth

Good analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
