Job Description Summary
As the Site Operations Lead at Cushman & Wakefield, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing site operations for a major corporate client in the resources sector, particularly BHP Corporate offices. Your responsibilities include ensuring high levels of customer service satisfaction, safety compliance, and strategic delivery of Integrated Workplace Solutions (IWS).
Job Description
What You Will Be Doing

Lead and deliver all site operations, ensuring high customer service satisfaction and safety compliance globally.

Manage a diverse onsite team, fostering a professional, collaborative, and supportive culture.

Demonstrate clear understanding of complex corporate structures and effectively manage escalations.

Liaise with key site contacts, contractors, and Facilities team for optimal facility usage and standards.

Coordinate site operations for minimal disruption, aligning with portfolio KPIs and performance metrics.

Collaborate with Facilities Management services team to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance.

Deliver services within budget and reporting requirements, working with Finance and Facilities Management teams.

Monitor financial performance and align with procurement processes.

Lead and train the team for exceptional customer service, managing workload distribution and providing guidance.

Support National Operations Lead and collaborate with other Stream Leaders as needed.

Proactively review workplace systems/processes for continuous improvement.

Develop operational standards/playbooks/manuals for the client's workplace.

Provide relief services during leave and overload periods, occasionally working extended hours for resident requests or major events.
About You
-
Minimum 5+ years' experience in leading, managing, and coaching medium to large teams.

5+ years' experience in Client Management or related areas.

Strong client focus and customer experience mindset.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Tertiary qualifications in a related field preferred.
