Your future team
The Atlassian Advisory Services team is a globally distributed group of solutions advisors focused on driving customer success. We help Strategic and Enterprise clients solve complex challenges and maximize their Atlassian investments through expert guidance and tailored solutions. This role reports directly to the Head of Advisory Services EMEA.
Our Advisory Sales Consultants design service offerings built on best practices and customer value. They align enterprise customers with the right mix of services, including Partner capabilities, product solutions, training, and certification paths. Regardless of where customers are in their journey - discovery, adoption, or mastery - Advisory Sales Consultants accelerate outcomes and enable long-term success.
We are able to hire from anywhere in The United Kingdom, Germany, and The Netherlands for this role.
What you'll do

  • Lead Services Sales: Drive services sales motions by collaborating with Atlassian's enterprise teams, including Account Executives, Advisory Services, Customer Success, Business Value Advisory, Solution Engineering, and Solutions Partners, to create tailored service packages.
  • Engage and Influence Decision-Makers: Partner with business and technical stakeholders to understand customer goals and success drivers, delivering compelling presentations and demos that highlight the value of Atlassian's enterprise services.
  • Shape Tailored Proposals: Craft customized service proposals by collaborating with internal teams and Partner organizations.
  • Align Sales Pipelines: Work with regional sales teams to synchronize software and services sales efforts and ensure seamless customer engagement.
  • Manage the Sales Cycle: Drive services sales opportunities from qualification through to closure while ensuring accurate forecasting and a healthy sales pipeline.


Your background

  • Professional Services & Sales Expertise: Proven experience in scoping tailored service engagements, crafting customer-specific proposals, and driving consultative, value-based sales by connecting customer goals with advisory services, training, and Partner-delivered solutions.
  • Sales Process Mastery: Deep understanding of enterprise sales stages, from opportunity qualification to closure, including coaching internal and Partner teams on effective service positioning.
  • Customer-Centered Solutions: Experienced at conducting customer workshops, executive briefings, and delivering tailored business proposals that address strategic customer needs.
  • Relationship Builder & Influencer: Ability to build trust with executive sponsors, technical leaders, and cross-functional teams while leading value-driven discussions and influencing decision-makers.
  • Technical & CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Atlassian products and proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing sales pipelines and reporting.
  • Fluent English and German language skills
