Job Description

  • Develop and execute Search strategies to drive qualified traffic and conversions. 
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimization. 
  • Create and optimize paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, etc. 
  • Write compelling ad copy and test different ad creatives to improve performance. 
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to make data-driven decisions. 
  • Implement bid management strategies to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align Search efforts with overall marketing goals. 
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in Search to continuously improve campaign performance. 
  • Provide regular reporting on campaign performance and make recommendations for optimization. 

Qualifications

  • Degree in marketing, advertising, web design preferred. 
  • Preferably at least 1-2 years’ experience with an expertise in Search (agency experience preferred). Fresh graduates with relevant internship experiences are also welcome to apply 
  • Knowledge of Search and willingness to grow your knowledge in this area 
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. 
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and other SEM platforms. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work. 
  • Solid competency in MS Office with specific strengths in Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Demonstrated problem solving and project management skills 
  • Able to work independently and balance multiple tasks 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Positive, enthusiastic, hardworking, and a team player
