Our mission within the Screening Controls team is to create effectiveness controls and ensure we have a seamless customer experience for our good actor customers. In this vital role, you will be the visionary and executor of seamless case handling experience, catering to both internal operations teams and our Wise customers.
Job Description
Your Role & Impact:

Design a new vision for case handling and work with a cross-functional team of operational leads and agents,
-
Own the operational and customer experience once a sanctions case has been created
-
Work in a cross-functional team of engineers, data analysts, operations specialists and compliance to come up with an overall vision of case handling and execute on this
-
Own the end-to-end speed resolution time for non-automated cases

Understand how Screening cases are created and dispositioned by our outsourced and internal operations agents across the globe
-
Drive development of sophisticated tools and efficient workflows, enabling our investigators to perform quick and accurate reviews.

Qualifications

Bring 5-8 years of Product Management experience, with a strong focus on risk mitigation and a hands-on approach to project management.

Leverage your practical experience with data and customer research

Utilize your deep understanding of operational processes and tooling to make a measurable impact.
