About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to lead and manage SAP S/4HANA implementation for our client in Vernon Hills, IL. This role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of SAP projects, focusing on timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will bring deep SAP S/4HANA expertise, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing large-scale SAP projects in complex business environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including business users, developers, and external vendors.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment.
- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and methodologies.
- Support post-implementation activities, including user training, documentation, and system stabilization.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of SAP project management experience.
- Proven expertise in managing SAP S/4HANA implementations and upgrades.
- Certifications: PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration points.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working on-site with clients and managing client relationships effectively.
Work Environment:
- This position requires working on-site at the client’s location in Vernon Hills, IL, three days a week. Remote work flexibility is available for the remaining days.

Salary Range: $140,000 - $160,000/ year
