Senior SAP Finance Specialist

Location: Sofia, in-office

You will join a team that plays a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic insights across the organisation.

What you will do:

• Customise FI/CO functionalities in the SAP S/4HANA system
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements for new solutions or change requests in the FI/CO area
• Collaborate with developers to automate finance postings for various types of payment transactions in the company’s finance ledgers
• Integrate S/4HANA with third-party platforms (e.g., treasury, payroll, etc.)
• Support AI adoption in finance-related projects
• Participate in the implementation of SAC stories in the FI/CO area
• Configure system settings for electronic invoices in different countries
• Collaborate with team members to implement end-to-end processes
• Work on specific topics such as tax requirements for different countries, reporting, budgeting, and revenue recognition
• Handle tasks related to audit requirements and IPO readiness
• Participate in S/4HANA implementation projects supporting the company’s expansion strategy
• Train and support business users
• Document implemented solutions
• Manage data migration

 You'll be great for this position if:

• 5+ years of professional experience in the implementation, customisation, and support of SAP FI/CO modules
• Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 or S/4HANA 
• Solid business knowledge in Finance 
• A university degree in Finance, IT, or Business Insights or a related field
• Strong knowledge of SAP tax settings
• Good understanding of SAP’s automatic payment program and electronic bank statements
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks in parallel
• A positive attitude, innovative thinking, and a strong focus on delivering results
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English 
• A team-oriented mindset, prioritising collective success over individual gain, with the ability to see the bigger picture
