What will you do?

Your responsibilities will vary depending on the specific SAP module you'll be working with (HCM, Business Analyst (FI), FICO, ABAP, TRM, PP or MM). Here are some general tasks you can expect to perform:

  • Deep-dive into your specialized field (HCM, Business Analyst (FI), FICO, ABAP, TRM, PP or MM): The role will involve project (CR or full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation), presales, and support work and requires a high degree of flexibility to multitask on several assignments.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Sales, Operations) to ensure seamless integration of your module with other parts of the SAP system.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest functionalities and best practices within your assigned SAP module.
Requirements
Hard skills
  • Proven experience in your specialized field or SAP module (HCM, Business Analyst (FI), FICO, ABAP, TRM, PP or MM).
    • Candidates with a mix of these skills are preferred!
  • Proven experience gathering and documenting Functional Requirements, customizing, conducting SIT/UAT, performing training to final users, data migration, post go live support.
  • Strong understanding of the relevant business processes associated with your specialized field.
  • Ability to configure and customize functionalities within your assigned module to meet specific needs.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools within SAP.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA.

Beneficial: For the SD or FICO consultant positions, a background in SAP Real Estate (SAP REFX) is ideal.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Experience

  • 8-10 Years 
  • Preferred: Experience working with two or more of the listed SAP modules (HCM, Business Analyst (FI), FICO, ABAP, TRM, PP or MM)
