Senior Salesforce Developer, Marketing/Sales Cloud

Snowflake’s CRM organization is seeking a Salesforce developer to join our growing team. In this role you will have the opportunity to build business applications and design features to improve the reliability of our applications and systems. As the Salesforce developer you are responsible to translate business needs into technical specifications, design and development solutions, test and deploy them into production.

Onsite Requirement:

To ensure effective collaboration and project participation, this position requires onsite presence in our Pune, India for 3 days per week. 

Responsibilities:

• Technical design and implementation of Lead to Quote solutions using Salesforce Sales cloud 

• Provide day to day Salesforce platform and user support

• Document as-is and to-be architecture solutions. Present complex solutions, options and benefits to key technical program stakeholders.

• Responsible for defining, estimating, and shaping Sales and Marketing technical solutions using best practices.

• Integrate Salesforce Sales cloud with third party managed packages used in Lead scoring, Data enrichment, outreach such as Lean Data

• Maintain and configure our development and test instances for our internal sandboxes.

• Communicate and work effectively with cross functional teams including business teams, product teams, global IT Apps teams, consultants & vendors

• Responsible for issue resolution in UAT and post production support of Sales and Marketing functionality

• Strong desire to learn. You are energized when new features and technologies become available and eager to understand them and maximize their potential.

• Actively contribute to building and troubleshooting process automation across our Salesforce instance

• Customize as necessary in implementing scalable solutions, while advocating for best practices

• Implement/Integrate/Leverage AI-powered tools within Salesforce

• Proven ability to innovate, automate and bring new AI driven solutions to business challenges

• Good to have snowflake knowledge

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Technology, or in a related field

• 7+ years Salesforce experience with hands on Lightning web component experience and Apex coding

• Must have good knowledge of Salesforce Sales objects used such as Leads, Accounts, Opportunities

• Strong knowledge on Sales forecasting, Territories and user management

• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce security best practices along with Sharing and visibility

• Solid experience in data migration strategy, tools and processes 

• Experience working with Salesforce communities, Apex, SOQL, VisualForce, Lightning, JavaScript, VS code IDE, WorkBench, Data Loader, Reports and Dashboards

• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Objects and Data Model

• Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Good interpersonal skills and strong sense of ownership

Certifications:

• Salesforce Platform Developer is a must
