About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to help mature and optimize our Salesforce environment. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance system efficiency, educate, and empower users, and ensure best practices are followed across the organization. Your expertise will be key in driving user adoption, streamlining processes, and supporting ongoing system improvements. Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily technical and functional support for Salesforce platform and related Salesforce applications such as Marketing Cloud and Financial Services Cloud.

  • Manage Salesforce.com platform including service requests, incidents, and cases.

  • Provide administration and configuration of users, roles, profiles, security controls, and data.

  • Create roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, organization wide defaults, sharing rules, and reports.

  • Design and develop custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow rules, business process workflows, approval processes, assignment rules, validation rules, dynamic layouts, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation according to application requirements.

  • Development and implementation of basic triggers/Apex code.

  • Sandbox environment management.

  • Perform data migrations using ETL/integration tools.

  • Implementing AppExchange applications and connectors to Salesforce.

  • Support deployment and post-implementation testing/validation of configuration changes and program releases.

  • Create and manage Salesforce reports and dashboards.

  • Contribute to documentation and training.

  • Partner with business stakeholders and project managers to proactively identify, drive, and build improvements, enhancements, and system customization that solve business needs.

  • Focus on user experience, solving business issues and ensure data accuracy across the system.

  • Stay up-to-date on Salesforce.com releases, features, and best practices.

Position Requirements:

  • This position is Remote.

  • Bachelor's degree in business technology, computer science or information systems, or commensurate experience is Required.

  • 4+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience is Required.

  • 2+ years of experience with Force.com Platform (Apex, Visual Force, Lightening Framework, SOQL, Unit Testing) is Required.

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is Required.

  • Salesforce Developer Certification and Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification is preferred, but not required.

  • Significant Hands-on experience in Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud setup and administration including, but not limited to, managing users, security controls, and data, as well as creating roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules, and reports.

  • Experience designing and developing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layouts, workflows, business process workflows, approval processes, assignment rules, validation rules, dynamic layouts, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, and dashboards.

  • Knowledge of Front-end technologies like HTML and CSS, JavaScript and JQuery.

  • Data migration and ETL tools such as DataLoader and Workbench.

  • Experience with automation configurations within Salesforce. Salesforce Lightning platform, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
