The role involves managing the mortgage pipeline, sales results, and partnerships with vendors nationwide to optimize operations.

Contact members to collect on written off loans, negotiate payment arrangements, track payment plans, perform skip tracing, maintain detailed records, address debtor concerns, monitor accounts, prepare reports, analyze recovery trends, and ensure legal compliance.

Responsible for managing and delivering multiple projects, preparing budgets, analyzing and solving complex problems, and ensuring projects are completed within scope and budget. Coordinates with stakeholders, vendors, and internal resources to achieve project goals. Develops detailed project schedules and reports for upper management. Maintains project documentation and manages project performance and changes effectively.
