The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for scoping and building complex technical configurations within Salesforce for all channels of the company. This individual manages both individual and team projects and assists the CRM Platform Manager in supporting the rest of the team’s System Administrators. This person actively promotes system health and data integrity by determining potential errors in the system and driving resolution. This individual has a proven record within sales operations, sales planning, data management, and Salesforce administrative support. The Salesforce Administrator is a project team member driving simple and complex deployments within the Salesforce platform.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the execution of Salesforce project deliverables for DexCare
- Participate in all phases of the Salesforce development lifecycle, including project discovery, analysis, requirements definition, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, release management, change management, and support
- Build for scale by designing holistically, with a focus on flexibility and maintainability
- Ensure appropriate controls, reports/dashboards, and documentation are followed to create an effective control environment
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 5 years of Salesforce administration experience, or similar
- Must have a Salesforce Administrator certification
- Excellent analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and ability to communicate effectively with management, sales, IT, and vendors
- Proven ability to deal with ambiguity in a rapidly changing business environment, resolve problems, and offer impacting solutions
- Manage time effectively with product support, small tactical requests and large projects
- An interested to develop the “Nice to have” skills below.
- Deep Understanding of Flow Builder and Automations
- Experience with native Salesforce Integrations including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ & Billing, and AppExchange
- Experience with Business Intelligence Integrations such as Tableau or PowerBI
- Experience with Integrations including Definitive Health, ZoomInfo, HighSpot, Gainsight, Clari, etc
- Healthcare Experience understanding complex health system data structures
- SaaS & Startup Experience
- Additional Salesforce certifications such as a Business Analyst certification
