About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Support Analyst (Field Ops) to join our global Sales Operations team. This individual will be a member of the core Sales Operations team and a business partner to sales leaders, with a focus on specific regions (US or EMEA) and Sales tier (National Accounts, Inside Sales or Mid-Market). 

This role will be responsible for executing Glassdoor’s Sales Go-To-Market, Sales Forecasting, Sales Headcount Planning, Territory & Quota Management, Sales Process Optimization, and Sales Crediting. This role will also identify and recommend opportunities for process and policy design, and optimization. 

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with Sales leadership to provide strategic guidance and operational thought leadership
  • Collaborate with the Sales Ops team to manage coverage models, forecasting, planning, and budgeting
  • Analyze business performance and recommend actions for capacity planning and investment decisions
  • Support sales headcount planning and advise on team configurations to drive productivity
  • Lead execution of strategic initiatives, including product launches, SKU migrations, POCs, and Auto Renewals
  • Identify market opportunities within assigned regions or tiers and implement plans to capture them
  • Proactively improve systems and processes to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency
  • Lead change management efforts to align stakeholders and implement new operational models
  • Define and maintain best practices for Territory Management and Rules of Engagement
  • Partner with leadership to align performance metrics, incentives, and training programs with business goals
  • Co-develop equitable quota and territory methodologies to support financial planning
  • Drive consistent, scalable implementation of new programs and processes across GTM teams
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement in sales and customer success operations
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key business metrics
  • Use data tools to deliver cross-functional reporting, analyze trends, and provide executive-level insights to guide strategic decisions
  • Understand key business drivers and lead cross-functional initiatives that support scale and operational alignment
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and implement process or system-based solutions
  • Coordinate with Indeed counterparts to streamline workflows and improve team efficiency

What You’ll Bring

  • 4-6+ years of experience in an operations role for sales or field operations, investment banking, project management, etc. 
  • Experience with headcount planning, sales coverage models, quota management, and territory alignment preferred 
  • Strong leadership and communication, with experience managing timelines with cross-functional partners and presenting effectively to executive
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and reporting background
  • Creative, intellectually curious and able to scale steep learning curves quickly
  • Ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally, partnering with stakeholders to drive business performance
  • Passionate about Glassdoor and has a “whatever it takes” attitude
  • Problem solver with a logical approach, and strong fundamental strategy skills across multiple channels Knowledge of the Human Capital Management market is a plus

Compensation and BenefitsBase salary range*: $90,000 - $119,500Glassdoor base salaries are targeted to the market 75th percentile for technical roles and the 65th percentile for non-technical roles. In other words, 65-75% of comparable organizations in our industry will pay less.Annual bonus target**: 10%**Bonuses are paid in 6-month intervals, aligning with bi-annual performance reviewsGenerous Restricted Stock Units (RSU):***Restricted Stock Units (RSU) are awarded at hire and may be refreshed annually. Additionally, as a pay-for-performance company, there are additional RSU grant awards for the very top performers.Health and wellness: 100% employer-paid premiums for employee medical, dental, vision, life, short and long-term disability and select well-being programs, along with 80% employer-paid premiums for all dependents.
