If this sounds like you and you are driven by purpose, Join the SOPHiA GENETICS Global Sales Operations Team as a Senior Sales Operations Specialist, and enable us to make a positive impact on the outcomes for cancer and rare disease patients worldwide.

This is a remote role supporting our teams in APAC. You will be currently based, or actively relocating to Malaysia. Covering a period of maternity leave, this role is for 9-12 months.

You will have direct input to our mission to democratize data-driven medicine for the ultimate benefit of cancer and rare disease patients across the globe.

Your mission

Reporting to the Manager for Global Commercial Operations, you’ll provide support to our regional sales teams across APAC. You’ll work cross-functionally to support all commercial activity across the territory:


The value you add:

  • Act as a key point of contact between sales team and key internal stakeholders to shepherd deals through process and solve blocking points to close deal and have regular calls with each of the sales representative in the region, to understand where support can be provided
  • Create reports for sales in order to provide them needed business insights and also to ensure Salesforce data is kept up to date, with oversight and review of opportunities with Sales to ensure that best practices are followed and the Salesforce opportunity matches the expectations of the deal as well as the contract
  • Manage supplier registrations and other administrative documents required in the sales cycle
  • PO check, ensuring the review of the PO in an accurate and timely manner and enable and monitor the SC team new joiners training to gatekeep the R&R
  • CRM Pipeline and booking data accurate and up to date to enable accurate analysis/ dashboard /report.
Requirements

We know that every background is different, but to be best set for success we see you bringing:

  • c. 5 years experience within sales operations or commercial enablement.
  • Direct working experience within NGS, Diagnostics, Bioinformatics or similar scientific environment highly advantageous.
  • Working experience in the creation of RFI / RFP documents for sales teams negotiating commercial opportunities
  • Systems/CRM experience with Salesforce essential.
