  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and standardization across the sales organization, enabling reliable reporting and analysis
  • Leverage data analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement— analyzing sales performance metrics, forecast accuracy, and pipeline health to inform strategic decision-making
  • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams (e.g. Marketing, Sales, Business Systems) to drive alignment and achieve shared goals

 About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations at a high-growth SaaS company
  • Advanced experience in administration, integration, and management of Salesforce and various GTM tools across the ecosystem including prospecting platforms, routing tools, intent / ABM platforms, and data enrichment providers
  • High level of intellectual curiosity, with strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to translate systems and data analysis into insights and recommendations for senior management
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

 Bonus If You:

  • Familiarity with our tech stack and/or similar tools: Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LeadIQ, Apollo, ZoomInfo, LeanData, Chilipiper, Koala, Madkudu, Tackle, Crossbeam
  • Experience at PLG companies that have both successful self-serve and sales-led commercial models
  • Experience supporting Partner GTM motions including partner program management, resellers, and marketplace
  • SQL experience

 Benefits:

  • Great compensation package and stock options.
  • Inclusive Healthcare Package.
  • Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
  • Flexible Time Off - Flexible vacation policy with a recommended 4-weeks per year, and paid holidays.
