Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Sales Operations Analyst to support our sales team with standardized processes. This role will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of sales operations, maintaining data accuracy, and driving efficiencies in sales processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams to streamline operations, leverage AI-driven insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities

Execute standard sales operations tasks, ensuring consistency and efficiency in workflows.

Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure accurate and current customer and sales data.

Generate and analyze sales reports, dashboards, and key performance metrics to provide insights into business performance.

Utilize AI-powered tools for data analysis, forecasting, and process automation to enhance operational efficiency.

Assist in tracking and reconciling sales quotas, incentives, and commission calculations.

Assist the deal desk team in reviewing pricing, discount structures, and contract terms to ensure compliance with company policies and optimize deal profitability.

Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in sales operations workflows.

Maintain clear documentation for sales processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure process continuity and training support.

Work closely with sales, finance, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 - 4 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related role.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis), and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Strong ability to analyze sales data and provide meaningful insights.
- Experience with AI-driven analytics and automation tools to improve sales processes and support data-driven decision-making.
- High level of accuracy in managing sales data and processes.
- Ability to follow and improve standardized, repeatable processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with global teams.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
- Willing to work on SL and NA shifts
Nice to have - Experience with automation tools and process improvement methodologies
- Knowledge of ERP systems and sales forecasting tools.
- Prior experience supporting sales teams in a multinational environment.
