Job Duties
● Provide data-driven insights, dashboards, and reports for the sales & marketing department.
● Build and maintain the KPIs for WeLink’s sales & marketing department.
● Prepare curated metrics and reports on an ongoing basis for weekly and monthly leadership and board decks.
● Report directly to the Sr. Director of FP&A, working closely with the Sales Leaders providing ongoing ad-hoc analysis and reporting to this leader as
well as other senior management at WeLink as necessary.
● Write SQL queries directly in Amazon Athena to combine, analyze, and aggregate data.
● Build, publish, and maintain dashboards in Amazon QuickSight for users to be able to manage important KPIs.
● Work with IT teams to ensure accurate and timely access to data sources for reporting.
● Support efforts to improve data pipelines and automation for more efficient analytics workflows.
● Help manage and create new versions of WeLink’s operating plan and sales forecast.
Qualifications
● Undergraduate degree in information systems, analytics, mathematics, finance, economics or related field.
● 5 years prior experience in analytics or business intelligence roles.
● 3-5 years prior experience using B.I. tools such as Tableau, QuickSight, MicroStrategy, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
*** Must be available to work a 3-4 month contract. Potential for full time hire. Must be available to work part time in office in Lehi, UT, and part time from home.
