Job Description

In Hungary, Wolt’s services are available in more than 60 cities.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Identifying potential partnerships that are a great fit for Wolt in Hungary, negotiating and closing restaurant and retail partnership contracts in order to achieve individual sales targets.

  • Setting regional targets for the geographical area and managing the team performance with the help of the Merchant Sales Team Lead to make sure team target is achieved

  • Guiding your team members (subteam of approx. 3-5 people) and improve their performance through coaching and feedback, build development goals in align with recognition of good performance

  • Monitoring sales activity reports through CRM system and internal dashboards

  • Conducting interviews, driving outstanding candidate experience through every touch point in the recruiting process

  • Regular reporting and deep understanding of Excel, Ops Tools, CRM system,

  • Foster a positive and constructive culture in the sales team

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in sales, at least 5 years experience in B2B and B2C field sales, business development or sales manager role with at least 1-3 years people management experience

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and sales performance metrics

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Fluent in Hungarian and in English

  • Driving license

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel

  • Ability to understand and align with the needs and expectations of key stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close deals that benefit both parties.

  • Customer centric approach

  • Proactive attitude
