We are seeking a hungry Senior Sales Executive to join our North American sales team, focusing on the P&C carrier market for INSTANDA. This is a role that will give the right salesperson the opportunity to own a significant portion of the market that we know has real potential for us in 2025 and beyond.

What you will do:
- Lead business development and sales efforts for your defined territory. This includes lead generation by you, our SDR and our marketing team.
- Open, qualify and close deals direct prospecting, campaign management (with marketing help) networking, relationships, and referrals.
- Lead all aspects of the sales process including new business development, client research, objection handling, customer demos (with support of our Technical Pre-Sales team), pricing, closing, and follow up.
- Understand the INSTANDA value proposition and stay on top of evolutions in the market, especially as it relates to P&C carriers.
- Build and leverage your deep knowledge on the big problems facing the P&C carrier market and how INSTANDA can solve them.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- 7+ years relevant professional experience in a SaaS sales role, selling to large enterprises (i.e. deals with ACV of $500k +) with P&C Insurance carriers or large banks.
- A hunger and a passion for sales. If you are coin-operated and want to earn commission, this is a great role for you.
- Experience in “market-making”, you have been a salesperson in the past to create and develop a new territory or market and can credibly demonstrate previous success.
- Experience working within the Insurance market or tech start-up is an asset but not required.
- Must be both technically and commercially savvy, with good discovery & listening skills.
- Ability to diligently manage competing deadlines in a target driven environment.
- High EQ with a confident presentation style and networking skills.
- While this role is fully remote, some travel will be required, including but not limited to visiting prospects & clients in person, company events, conferences, and tradeshows.
- Salary range: $135,000 - $145,000 USD
- Generous 28 vacation days, plus 10 US holidays per year.
