The Opportunity 

GrowthLoop is pioneering a new category of AI on the data cloud, transforming how enterprise marketing teams drive measurable impact. With customers like Google, Priceline, and Indeed, we are at the forefront of the Agentic AI movement, reshaping how marketing leaders approach data-driven marketing.

We’re seeking a customer-focused and highly-motivated Senior Sales Engineer to play a pivotal role alongside our Account Executives in helping enterprise customers understand the strategic value of GrowthLoop’s platform. You’ll lead consultative technical discovery calls, craft tailored demonstrations, and be the go-to technical contact. 

This role requires technical depth, business acumen, and the ability to inspire confidence in high-stakes sales conversations. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you’ll play a critical role in helping customers evaluate, implement, and scale GrowthLoop as a core part of their marketing strategy.

What You’ll Do 

  • Partner closely with Account Executives to manage the sales cycle, from uncovering and qualifying opportunities to building strategies that advance prospects through the pipeline.
  • Lead discovery sessions to assess client needs, focusing on data models in cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery and Snowflake and tailoring product recommendations accordingly.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact, providing expert guidance on product features, benefits, and how GrowthLoop uniquely solves the client’s business challenges.
  • Design and deliver compelling product demonstrations that engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders, effectively communicating GrowthLoop’s value proposition while aligning it with the client's unique needs, challenges, and pain points.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to inform strategic decisions and provide valuable insights to the product development team.
  • Travel to customers and events to support sales activities and strengthen client relationships.
  • Be a proactive team member by documenting bugs, identifying and addressing bottlenecks, and driving initiatives forward to improve team and company performance.

What We Look For 

  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing sales engineering role, with a proven track record of successfully delivering technical solutions to executives and technical stakeholders within large enterprises. 
  • Direct experience with Customer Data Platforms. 
  • Experience working with Marketing Analytics and Marketing Operations teams
  • Deep knowledge of the cloud ecosystem. Snowflake experience is strongly preferred. 
  • Hands-on experience managing data warehouses to support marketing efforts and/or direct experience in data or marketing operations.  
  • Experience working enterprise deals with new prospects end-to-end alongside sales.
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology and data warehouse architecture.
  • Experience in an early to mid-stage startup environment. 
  • Comfortable with frequent travel, with convenient access to a major hub airport. 
  • Familiarity with pricing models, contract negotiations, and sales forecasting.

The estimated salary range is $160,000-170,000 OTE. The total compensation will also include equity in the company. Final base salary decisions will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, such as the individual’s performance, experience, and qualifications.
