Key Responsibilities
The Senior Sales Development Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with a deep understanding of B2B Sales strategies and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Accountabilities
- Lead Generation. Identify and target potential B2B clients through market research, and networking. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
- Relationship Management. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues.
- Meeting Conversion Strategy Execution. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet conversion targets. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals to potential clients to generate interest.
- Physical Prospecting at Events. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to identify and engage with potential clients. Represent the company professionally at events, showcasing our products/services and generating interest. Develop event-specific strategies to maximize lead generation and conversion. Collect and manage contact information from potential leads encountered during events. Follow up promptly with new contacts post-event to nurture relationships and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Market Analysis. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide feedback and insights to the management team to help refine sales strategies.
- Reporting and Documentation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Requirements
- 2+ years of progressively business development-related and field sales experience (required)
- Strong oral and written communication skills along with excellent listening skills
- Strong researching skills
- Proven track record demonstrating strong articulation of product selling points
- Four-year post-secondary education/Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Residing in Metro Manila (preferred)
