We help manufacturers improve the quality of life for their workforce while increasing production capacity, and reducing scrap, repair, and rework costs. As a Senior Deployment Engineer you will join our Robotics Deployment Operations team onsite in our Carson, CA office to deploy robotic systems to our customers, work closely with internal teams and external customers while solving complex problems.
Role & Responsibilities

Install and configure robotic surface finishing systems at client sites in compliance with project requirements and specifications.

Train contractor personnel in robotic deployment procedures, while providing technical assistance and support as needed.

Conduct rigorous testing and commissioning of robotic systems to ensure proper functionality and optimal performance.

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to robotic systems, including hardware, software, and connectivity concerns.

Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and necessary repairs on robotic systems to maximize performance and minimize downtime.

Create and maintain accurate records of installation, configuration, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.

Work closely with engineers, project managers, and customer support teams to ensure smooth deployment and exceed customer satisfaction goals.

Travel nationally, ranging from 50%-75% of the time, to meet deployment and support requirements.
Export Control Requirements
In order to comply with the export regulations of the United States Government, it is required that the applicant must fall under one of the following categories: (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful permanent resident (i.e. current green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158.
Minimum Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in technical installations, working with tools, and providing customer-facing support.

2–3 years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with demonstrated understanding of project management principles.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, customers, contractors, and vendors.

Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

Experience creating, interpreting, and utilizing Bills of Materials (BOMs) to support system assembly and deployment.

Adherence to safety protocols and industry standards while working with robotic systems.

Willingness to travel to out-of-state client sites for deployment and support activities as much as 75% of the time

Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across multiple teams

Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with quickly changing priorities

Must meet export control requirements in the United States and maintain ongoing work authorization beginning at the time of hire through the entirety of employment.
Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of experience deploying and maintaining robotic systems in industrial or commercial environments.

Working knowledge of cyber-physical systems or hands-on experience with robotic arms.

Proficiency in reading schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams.

Expertise in analyzing and improving deployment processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and consistency.

Compensation for this position includes the base salary range of $110,000 - $120,000 USD plus equity. The range listed on job postings reflect the minimum and maximum new hire salary across levels in Los Angeles, CA.
