Job description
The Senior Revenue Systems Administrator is responsible for managing and optimizing the revenue systems to support smooth business operations and improve data-driven decision-making across Revenue Operations, Go-to-market functions and Data teams. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implementing solutions that enhance business performance. They will also collaborate with Revenue Operations to design and optimize the systems to support current and future Go-to-market processes.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Systems Management: Oversee CRM administration, assist in system architecture design, support client success platform, align sales, customer success and support systems, provide troubleshooting, and identify process improvement opportunities. Develop and implement policies and strategies to govern the use of the internal CRM platform.
  • Data and Security: Integrate systems, ensure data integrity, establish data governance practices, implement security measures, and oversee data access and permission policies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams to implement changes, manage user engagement and support, and assist in evaluating 3rd party tools.
  • Program Management: Implement an agile development process and collaborate on the revenue systems roadmap.


Qualifications

  • You have +5 years in a Salesforce Administration or Revenue Systems role within the SaaS industry
  • You are a certified Salesforce Administrator (Salesforce Platform Developer certification would be a plus).
  • You have experience in managing and maintaining Salesforce CPQ.
  • You have experience with the Salesforce development ecosystem, including Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lighting, and Visualforce
  • You have solid proficiency with GTM systems (e.g. Gong, Zoominfo, etc.) and BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker)
  • You have strong organizational and project management skills, giving you the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders.
