The position also plays a crucial role in change management, ensuring the effective adoption of new tools, processes, and strategies across sales and partner teams.

What we’re looking for
- Have bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Have 15+ years of experience in sales, revenue, or partner operations, with at least 8+ years in a leadership role.
- Have proven experience in managing sales tools and CRM platforms (Salesforce expertise required).
- Have experience in six sigma, lean, agile methodologies
- Have analytical skills, with a track record of translating data into actionable insights.
- Have an excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across different functions and external partners.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving large-scale projects.
- Have organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
