Senior Revenue Operations Analyst

Reporting to Director, Revenue Operations, PROS is looking for a dynamic and experienced US based Senior Revenue Operations Specialist to join our Revenue Operations Team. This role requires a highly analytical professional with the ability to think globally and act locally, with a proven ability to inspire high-performing, cross-functional teams. You will play a crucial role in supporting primarily our Customer Success organization and our wider cross functional Go-To-Market (GTM) organization with regular actionable data and insights.

A Day in the Life of the Senior Revenue Operations Analyst - About the role 

  • Serve as the business liaison on cross-functional initiatives to optimize business processes and/or data accuracy.
  • Sales retention, forecasting and modelling of existing customer base.
  • Partner with senior business leaders across the GTM organization to provide effective reporting & management in a dynamic, changing environment.
  • Excellent high level of written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information, ideas, procedures and processes clearly and in a logical sequence.
  • Responsible for leading the standardization and reporting governance for the GTM organization.
  • Define requirements for specific tooling to support processes and optimize their day-to-day work.
  • Conveying complex data and analysis to potentially non-technical senior leadership.

Required Qualifications - About you 

We seek candidates who possess the following qualifications, skills, and attributes:   

  • 5 + years of experience in Sales or Business operations based Analyst role
  • Highly analytical and proficient in financial analysis & modeling including usage of Excel and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, generating meaningful insights that can be deployed by the Customer Success Teams and wider GTM organization.
  • Experience presenting complex data and customer health scores to senior leadership.
  • Experience defining, refining and implementing customer success processes, procedures and policies.
  • Proven experience in an Operational business role running and analyzing data as it relates to KPI’s, Trends, Quotas, Productivity etc.
  • Expertise in creating and managing complex dashboards and reports in SFDC, Power BI or any similar analytic tool.
  • Ability to analyze multiple datasets and deliver succinct reporting on key performance metrics to key stakeholders across the Chief Revenue Officer’s organization.
  • Competence in Salesforce (or equivalent CRM tools), with ability to create advanced level reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proactive self-starter and collaborative team player who thrives under pressure and consistently follows through on commitments.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, strong work ethic, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Highly Desired

  • “Gainsight” or “Catalyst” experience
  • Experience in creating Customer Success playbooks, following standard processes
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with a technical or software related product suite, enterprise software experience highly preferred.
