This position is office-based in Berlin, Munich or Dublin.

By equipping our Sales Teams in new and existing business with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need, you will directly contribute to delivering exceptional value and service to our customers.

As a Revenue Enablement team, we partner with the business to ensure every member of the customer-facing organization has the skills, knowledge, process awareness, and content to maximize every customer and prospect interaction in the most impactful way.

In this role, you will design, build, and continuously improve Payroll Enablement programmes, support the rollout of product iterations, and collaborate across teams to deliver impactful training and resources. Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • Develop Enablement Materials: Create and update comprehensive training resources to enhance the Payroll team's product knowledge and value messaging.

  • Programme Management: Oversee the planning and execution of enablement initiatives by coordinating sessions, engaging subject matter experts (SMEs), and guiding them to deliver tailored, audience-specific, and engaging content effectively

  • Facilitate Training Sessions: Conduct engaging training sessions and workshops to ensure the Payroll team is proficient in product features and best practices.

  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Product, RevOps, Sales and Product Marketing teams to: gather insights, represent the seller view with new initiatives ensuring alignment with their processes, selling tactics and quarterly enablement schedule, and ensure alignment in product knowledge dissemination.

  • Support Product Launches: Assist in the rollout of new product features and updates by providing necessary training and resources to the Payroll team.

  • Gather and Analyze Feedback: Collect feedback from the Payroll team to identify knowledge gaps and areas for improvement, refining training materials accordingly.

  • Monitor and Report on Training Effectiveness: Assess the impact of training programs through evaluations and metrics, reporting findings to stakeholders.

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • Experience in Training and Development: 3-5 years of experience in creating, delivering and managing enablement programmes, preferably in a SaaS environment.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English and fluent German to effectively convey complex information.

  • Proactive, entrepreneurial self starter with a bias for execution - you quickly understand what is needed to deliver the highest impact, building and delivering programmes on tight timelines while not compromising on quality

  • Project Management: Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of enablement programs and materials

  • Expertise in Payroll- Expertise in the domain of payroll is a plus

  • Proficiency with Enablement Tools: Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content management platforms (Highspot).

  • Analytical Abilities: Capability to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.

  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Team Collaboration: Proven track record of working effectively within cross-functional teams.
