We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Research Scientist in AI to drive the advancement of our CPaaS platform. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in artificial intelligence, machine learning and data science. Moreover, the candidate should posses the expertise and have a proven track record in one or more of the following research areas: (1) Human-AI Collaboration, (2) Trustworthy AI, (3) Conversational AI, (4) Network Optimization, (5) Spam & Fraud Detection, (6) Voice AI, (7) Privacy-aware AI or (8) Generative Models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and conduct cutting-edge research in AI to improve our CPaaS platform.
- Invent, develop and implement advanced machine learning algorithms and models.
- Work on projects funded internally and externally in different setups and methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in downright fun work environment.
- Publish research findings in selected conferences and journals (covered by Infobip).
- Mentor and guide junior researchers and team members.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science or related AI field.
- Research background (formal or informal) in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- A strong publication record in reputable AI conferences and journals (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL, ECIR, KDD, WSDM, RecSys etc.).
- A knack for solving complex problems and working both solo and in a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex concepts in an accessible manner.
- Experience in assessing the potential of using scientific principles and concepts to solve business problems and enhance products.
- Desirable proficiency in Python.
