How do we work?
This role will be reporting to the Head of Strategic Insights (London), who currently oversees a small team with members in New York and Krakow. The team is a key part of our global Marketing Department.
We work in a hybrid model - we'd love to meet you in the office from time to time concerning your commitments.
In this role, you will:

Lead research projects from start to finish; manage the research process throughout, whilst building strong Client relationships.

Develop and apply a variety of research methods, including interviews, surveys, and data analysis, to gather market data from diverse sources (including Client feedback, external and internal data).

Be comfortable reviewing large data sets, tabulations and charts to analyze, draw out findings, and present them clearly.

Focus on providing insights on the Industry, competitors, Customers segments, needs and trends related to the company's services and products portfolio.

Stay updated on technology, regulations, and industry best practices by continuing education, attending conferences, and reading specialized media.
What skill set do you need, to be successful in this role?

Min. 3 years of experience in Market Research / Consumer Insights, preferably both in in-house environment and agency.

Strong project management and Client relationship expertise.

Proficiency in research methodologies (both qual & quant); including but not limited to questionnaire design, sampling, data analysis (Excel), charting & reporting.

Strong attention to detail, especially evident in analysis and report creation.
-
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative working culture.
Nice to have:

Interest in or experience of working within the Financial, Banking, FX, CFDs or Gambling sector.

Experience in general supervision of more junior colleagues.
