Essential duties/responsibilities:
- Manage and analyze large data sets to generate actionable insights to inform business strategies.
- Contribute to research design and execution, including programming and testing surveys, preparation of sample, and survey deployment.
- Create clear, concise, and compelling reports and presentations that highlight customer insights.
- Contribute to the internal dissemination of insights through participation in presentations and preparation of research summaries.
- Build and maintain relationships with key internal partners and vendors.
Required Job Skills and Abilities:
- BS/BA in Statistics, Data Science, or related field, with minimum 5 years of experience in market research, data analytics, or similar role.
- Proficiency in statistical tools and software such as SPSS or R.
- Experience programming and deploying surveys with the Qualtrics platform.
- Experience with all steps in the data lifecycle, including acquisition, cleaning, processing, analysis, visualization, and presentation.
- Understanding of quantitative data collection methodologies, survey design, research process from scoping to reporting.
- Ability to develop crosstabs using statistical software.
- Experience independently executing statistical analyses such as regression, factor analysis, clustering, etc.
- Strong project management skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Additional Skills:
These skills will make a candidate a strong contender and will be given special consideration in the hiring process:
- Experience with SQL; working knowledge of relational databases

Summary:
We are looking for a senior analyst to support marketing research and Voice of the Customer research conducted as part of the Partner Impact team’s Research Program. Working closely with Senior Manager, Educator Insights, the analyst will contribute to the execution of research projects that track customer satisfaction, as well as educator needs, priorities, and preferences with regard to K-12 instructional products. The resulting research deliverables will inform decision making supporting CA’s strategic priorities among stakeholders focused on marketing strategy, product marketing, implementation support, and more.
