The Role

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager at our Birds Eye Foods facility in Darien, WI, you will enhance Asset Reliability through technical support to the Maintenance function, with the goal of optimizing the Time-based (PM) and Condition-based Maintenance (CbM) processes resulting in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) improvements. You will analyze Equipment History, and including Statistical Analysis, Predictive technologies, Non-destructive Test, and creative Problem Solving to rectify equipment issues causing repetitive failures. You will focus on data analytics of past failures and current equipment condition to make meaningful impacts to future Equipment Effectiveness.

You will:

  • Oversee the Reliability-centered Maintenance (RCM) Program. This includes defining, developing, facilitating, monitoring, and refining the program to determine asset maintenance strategies based on identified failure modes, effects, consequences, and the risk they pose both internally and externally.
  • Lead the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and the Condition-based Maintenance (CbM) programs. This includes defining, developing, facilitating, monitoring, and refining the program.
  • Oversee the program for Asset Criticality Analysis
  • Lead the programs Preventive Maintenance Evaluation (PME) and Preventative Maintenance Optimization (PMO).
  • Participate in the final inspection and commissioning validation of new equipment installations.
  • Calculate Asset Life-Cycle Costs (LCC) and durations on A critical equipment.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  • At least 5 years of previous maintenance experience
  • Experience with Preventative Maintenance programs.
  • Familiarity with statistical tools and software.
  • Excellent teamwork and facilitation skills
  • Willingness to obtain CMRP and PdM certifications

You must occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds. You will be exposed to a noisy environment that varies from hot to cold in temperature. Compensation: 

Pay Range:$79,000-$115,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
