About the role


As part of the Go-To-Market team, the Senior Regional Go-To-Market Manager US will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless execution of Ogury’s global Go-To-Market strategy within the US. Acting as the key link between global product teams and local market business needs, you will ensure that global strategies, tools, and content are tailored to meet regional & local market dynamics and client requirements.


This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product, Product Marketing, Sales/ Sales Ops, Operations, CS, Insights, Legal,etc.. to ensure alignment between regional strategies and overall company objectives. Your input will be vital in refining the regional approach, adapting global content, and delivering feedback to influence the product roadmap to meet local market needs effectively.


In this role, your ability to align strategic thinking with operational execution will drive regional adoption, revenue growth, and client satisfaction. Your contributions will empower local teams and ensure the effective execution of Go-To-Market initiatives across the US.

What you will be doing

  • Contribute to & implement the regional Go-To-Market strategy & roadmap
  • Create & adapt sales packages offerings and positioning to align with regional or vertical client needs and market dynamics.
  • Act as the key point of contact between the global GTM team, local sales, and product teams to gather feedback and business requirements, ensuring the development of tailored offerings that drive business growth and company revenue.
  • Work closely with local sales teams to ensure alignment between product offerings and market opportunities, emphasizing transparency and clear communication.
  • Collaborate with product, PMM and marketing teams to refine features and messaging based on regional and local insights/feedback.
  • Analyze regional performance metrics (e.g., revenue, adoption rates, campaign effectiveness).
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve regional strategy and execution.
  • Develop and execute a clear action plan based on these insights to optimize Go-To-Market efficiency and maximize revenue growth.
  • Support the training and enablement of local sales teams to enhance their understanding and positioning of Ogury’s solutions.
  • Ensure the smooth adoption of offers, processes and sales materials within the region.

About you

  • Proven track record of successfully executing sales strategies and offerings in a regional or cross-functional context.
  • Storytelling: Strong ability to craft and communicate compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Sales Material Creation: Skilled in designing effective sales packages such as playbooks, one-pagers, sales decks, and presentations.
  • Proficient with tools like PowerPoint, Google Slides
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (ie Salesforce) and data visualization tools (Metabase) is a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A problem solver with a proactive approach and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the region as required
