Job Description

  • Act as a strategic partner to departments and hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and job role requirements to develop an effective hiring strategy. 
  • Develop and implement appropriate sourcing strategies according to the hiring needs, including the use of social media to build and maintain a network of potential candidates.
  • Identify and attract top quality professionals across different areas - Finance, Legal, Operations and Engineering. 
  • Own the full recruitment cycle: Lead internal and external job postings, conduct resume reviews and sourcing, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and prepare offer letters, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
  • Establish reports, dashboards and benchmarks with the aim of monitoring our recruitment activities and continually improving our processes.
  • Attending career and professional events, conferences to attract top talent. 
  • Participating in various process improvement projects in the areas of recruitment, sourcing – actively participate in projects that enhance efficiency and candidate satisfaction. 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience in recruitment/headhunting, with a strong focus on sourcing and placing talent in high-impact roles. 
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in IT/Software Engineering Recruitment OR Leadership /Executive search background.
  • Experience in building and maintaining leadership talent pipeline
  • Strategic Recruitment mindset; ability to partner with different business Leaders to drive recruitment projects. 
  • Ability to demonstrate sound judgment and decision making, especially in navigating complex or ambiguous hiring scenarios. 
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple projects concurrently. 
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality. 
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; able to pivot and respond quickly to changing hiring needs.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, with strong communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
