And now, we are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who is prepared to contribute to the next chapter of our company's growth. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for designated functions within the organization. Your goal is to identify, engage, and hire top talent that aligns with both immediate business needs and the company’s broader mission. You will collaborate closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure an efficient, data-driven, and positive hiring experience.
What you'll be working on:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with our product goals, department needs, and industry trends.
- Partner with department leaders to anticipate upcoming skill gaps, align hiring plans with business objectives, and advise on market insights.
- Identify and engage top talent through diverse channels - social media, job boards, industry events, and networking platforms.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline, supporting both current and future hiring needs across multiple functions or geographies.
- Lead structured and competency-based interviews, ensuring alignment with both technical requirements and our company culture.
- Act as a brand ambassador, creating a seamless, positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Leverage analytics (e.g.,pipeline funnel, time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, candidate feedback) to optimize recruitment processes and improve hiring quality.
What we expect from you:
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in a senior role - preferably in the tech or IT product industry.
- Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, etc.).
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in behavioral interviewing and other structured techniques to ensure consistent, unbiased candidate evaluations.
- Strong data and analytics capabilities, using metrics to inform and refine strategies.
- Strategic mindset, comfortable partnering with leaders to shape hiring plans, anticipate workforce needs, and align recruitment efforts with business goals.
