What you’d be doing: 

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle by sourcing, reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and utilizing the ATS and other recruitment technologies to manage the recruitment process  
  • Partner with hiring managers and taking a consultative approach to build out a robust recruitment strategy for class based – customer service representative hiring; gain a strong understanding of the requirements of the position and how it fits into our organization 
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions that accurately promote the position and our organization 
  • Create increased external engagement and awareness with grass root external marketing strategies.  
  • Proactively source candidates from a variety of places, including LinkedIn and other social media sites, and conduct initial interviews with candidates with a focus on attracting a diverse candidate pool within our footprint.  
  • Forecasting hiring strategies based on demand, candidate pipeline and location that are aligned with the goals of the business.  
  • Utilizing your active LinkedIn network and leveraging it daily searching for skilled passive talent using a variety of other sourcing tools. Guide candidates through the recruiting and hiring process, ensuring all candidates are assessed consistently, accurately, and holistically 
  • Engage with hiring managers and senior leadership to proactively understand future hiring needs and build candidate pipelines accordingly 
  • Work in close partnership with the HRBP’s and HR Ops on strategic initiatives to enhance and elevate Human Resources 
  • Enhance the retention rates with implementation of an assessment tool appropriate to evaluate skills needed to be successful in the role.  

We’re looking for someone who has: 

  • 5+ years’ recruiting experience, high volume or class-based hiring experience a must 
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred 
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work in a dynamic and demanding environment. 
  • Passion for communicating and connecting with others; experience cold calling a must 
  • Excellent analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills 
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual with a collaborative and inclusive approach to work. 
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills, including Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Strong relationships with other HR groups to nurture opportunities for collaboration 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and respond quickly to candidates  
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking System’s, specifically Greenhouse, is a plus 
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment CRM tools
