As a Senior Quality Specialist at FreeBalance you will use your expertise to lead the organization’s efforts in supporting our CMMI level certification and ISO certifications. Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current processes, identify gaps, and develop a roadmap for achieving certifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement process improvement initiatives to meet certification requirements. Establish metrics, monitor progress, and provide regular status updates to senior management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Define and document the IT company’s processes, ensuring they align with CMMI and ISO standards.
- Identify process inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and develop and implement strategies to improve overall process performance
- Conduct process audits and reviews to identify non-compliance issues and drive corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive set of policies, procedures, and guidelines to guide employees in complying with certification requirements.
- Generate reports on process performance, certification progress, and compliance levels for management review.
Qualifications:
- University graduates in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience working in an IT company, with a focus on process management, quality assurance, and certifications.
- Strong knowledge of CMMI and ISO standards and their implementation in an IT environment.
- Experience leading an organization through CMMI level certification and ISO certification processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process gaps and drive effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present information to senior management.
- Certifications such as CMMI Lead Appraiser, ISO Lead Auditor, or similar would-be a plus.
