Your Team, Your Impact

You will be part of the Marvell Quality Management System (QMS) team that plays a crucial role in maintaining high standards within the company. The team develops and implements efficient and effective quality system processes, ensuring that complies with relevant industry standards and also focuses on meeting and exceeding customer expectations. The QMS team continuously looks for ways to improve processes. This could involve streamlining workflows, adopting new technologies, or refining existing methods to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

What You Can Expect

  • Manage Agile PLM Processes: Oversee the process and workflows for Product/Process Change Notices (PCN) and Technical Document Change Orders (DCO) in Agile PLM tool.
  • Prepare PCN Documents: Ensure PCN documents are properly formatted and content-ready for routing, approval, and publishing.
  • Complete Document Change Orders: Verify all document change orders are finalized and coordinate release for internal/external use.
  • Administrative Support: Provide primary administrative support for PCN customer distribution within the Customer Portal.
  • Customer-Specific PCN Forms: Assist in completing and submitting customer-specific PCN forms on designated customer sites.
  • Quality Document Maintenance: Maintain frequently requested quality documents in the Customer Portal.
  • Resolve Agile Errors: Collaborate with users and IT to resolve Agile system errors.
  • Support Cross-Functional Projects: Participate in cross-functional projects, including system and process integrations, data migration, and automation initiatives.
  • User Training: Support process training sessions, including one-on-one coaching, on document control tools, processes, and best practices across Marvell.
  • Process Metrics Dashboard: Sustain PCN and DCO metrics dashboard and publish reports on change status, cycle times, and other relevant metrics.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Quality, or related technical discipline

  • 10+ years of experience in a quality system process management, ISO9001 compliance, change control process, Agile /Oracle tools.

  • In-depth technical knowledge of Agile/Oracle.

  • CAPA and problem-solving techniques, i.e. 5 WHYs, Fishbone diagram, etc

  • Familiar with Product/Process Change Notification process.

  • Familiar with continuous improvement methodologies, i.e. Kaizen, 5S, Lessons Learned

  • Background in semiconductor manufacturing/assembly or product/test (IC and Board).

  • Demonstrated experience with change control management, end of life process, corrective and preventive action, waiver/deviation and other quality management related processes

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Proficient with MS Office & data analysis tools
