- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
- Proficiency with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, or similar
- Knowledge of software development and testing methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
- Strong coding skills in languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience with performance and load testing
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities
- Ability to mentor junior team members and share best practices
